Home Sweet Home

I am back from my whirlwind trip to Arizona. It was a great experience and one I hope to repeat soon. Now I am settling back into my routine. I was home for one day after the holidays before jetting off to Arizona, so there is plenty of laundry to be done and groceries to be bought. I always find it takes a good week or two to get back into the swing of things after the holiday season. Do you find the same? And it's always so anti-climactic.

This past weekend I hosted a seminar in Maple, Ontario. It was a great success. I met some fabulous people. I love hearing every one's story. People come from so many walks of life and find themselves coming into their own by following the Clean Eating lifestyle. I'd love to hear how you started your journey.

Well, I hear the wash machine beeping. Time to go put a new load in the laundry. Until next time... Eat Clean for health and for life!

Hi Tosca, Love your blog! Next time you are in Las Vegas I will stop by to meet you.

Wanted to let you know that your Eat Clean books are a staple in my house. They enjoy a prominent place in our kitchen.

I am a triathlete (in my second season) and my husband has hypertension. With eating clean and paying specific attention to low sodium, my husband is off his meds (under a doctor's supervision of course).

By eating LOTS of clean foods OFTEN I feel the best I have ever felt and can tackle my training sessions with energy and enthusiasm.

Oh yeah, I am 40 (tomorrow), in the best shape of my LIFE and my husband is 41.

Thanks so much for your recipes and your willingness to share so much of yourself with your readers and fans.

Tosca- You have become quite inspirational to me. I am 25, had Gastric Bypass 2 years ago and lost 120lbs. But in the last 6 months, I fell in love, and started gaining some of the weight back. I hate myself for it! Just when I had started getting back to the gym, I have a serious problem with my hip. I need some words of encouragement, and a pick me up, I feel like such a failure. Please enlighten me, I need some help. Thank you! Nikki

Tosca, Just wanted you to know you have helped to inspire me!! I will be 40 in October and plan to be in much better shape then I am now. I hope to lose 15lbs. of fat and gain lots of muscle.

I just bought your Clean Eating Book the other day and I gave my family the Adobo-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Black Bean Pico De Gallo last night. I was so shocked when all three of my children,(even the fussy 8yr. old) ate everything and loved it. I am so excited to Eat Clean and see results! Thanks for your inspiration!

Tosca - Thank you for coming out with such a great book! I bought it last week and have read the entire The Eat Clean Diet. If you really think about it the foods that are on the clean diet make soooo much sense. Eating foods that come from our earth and that are natural is what God intended for us. It makes all the sense in the world to eat clean - doy why didn't I do this sooner!

I am 43 and overweight. My goal is to start eating clean and start working out. I want to feel good again and have energy. My hair hasn't grown in several years and I feel that is because I am missing nutrients.

I am going to the Health Food store in our area after work and I am going to look into buying the suplements you mention in your book. Do you take all of these supplments daily?

I am feeling a little overwhelemd with the menus and trying to get everything measured out and bought correctly.

I am glad you have a blog and website. I hope to be writing you soon with news of weight loss, energy increases and maybe my hair will start growing again.

Thanks again!

Tosca~

I wondered if you would be at the Arnold Classic this year. I live in Columbus, Ohio (fortunately for me) and would love to meet you again. I actually met you at the AC a few years back and have been a big fan ever since.
