Spreading the Word

With January comes the onslaught of resolutions about health and fitness. People nationwide, continent-wide, and worldwide are looking for the best plan to get the best body. Luckily, here at The Eat-Clean Diet we know the secret...

This isn't the kind of secret you need to keep to yourself, though. Let's spread the word!

We all know someone who needs a little help.

Let them in on the plan.

Let them know they are not alone.

Let them know there is a fad-free way to fight the fat.

Let them know about The Eat-Clean Diet

Today's the day to spread the word. We're all playing a small but critical role in the battle of obesity.

Do your part and show someone how successful they can be.

I think this blog is wonderful and very true. Since I have started eating clean I have educated my family members about the lifestyle and how they can benefit from it. My husband follows the lifestyle and we are working on my mother, who is slowly catching on. Whenever I hear somebody complaining about their weight and dieting I bring up your book and the clean eating principles. I even told the assistant at my dentist's office about it! Thank you for all the inspiration.

Hi Therem Tosca.
Thank you for all of you eye opening insight. We need more people like you, someone that doesn't hype things up, simply tell it like it is. I also wanted to let you know how much a love your new cookbook. I just bought it an hour ago, and I have already looked through it, and ear marked several recipes to try. I already own your Eat-Clean Diet book, and have for about a year, and it is truly my most looked-in book.
Thanks You, Petra Lopez

I love your cookbook!! I have 3 boys(well 4 including my husband) and there has not been one meal we all have not loved. I told everyone in my office about it. You are an inspiration to me. I have always worked out, its just been apart of me. Last year I helped my very best fiiend train for her first figure competition, wow that really moved my workout to another level. It made me love working out even more. I have your training journal...not the workout one yet..and looking at your picture and your incredible body, keeps me working out. I lost my workout partner, and let me tell you how hard it is to stay focused..! So when I bought the cookbook, I recieved the training journal, and I look at you everyday to inspire me, because I want to look like you...! You are amazing.
How do you feel about the biggest looser? Do you ever watch it? I love watching it to see all the wonderful things that happen if you put in some effort.
Thank you again for all your wonderful gifts you give by being so incrdible.

I love all three of your books! I am turning 40 this year and have a wonderful husband and three lovely boys. I am at that last 15 pounds to lose stage and have been for a while. While I have spent time in a gym and am no stranger to working out, I have never quite approached the diet side of fitness (this is my missing link). It is so nice to have a cookbook full of fantastic delicious recipes that I don't have to do a two page project on to identify whether it is truly good for you.
I started cooking your recipes without telling my family that they were "healthy". My husband is loving the food as do I. As a working mother with morning and after-school schedules to keep up it is amazing how easily and quickly the meals can be prepared. My kids will take a little more coaxing, but at least I can teach them everything your book is teaching me about proper nutrition. I look forward to making everything in the book.
Thanks to you and the inspiration I have found in your books I am getting back into a regular fitness regime, and combining it with your clean eating lifestyle (I can't call it a diet because I have always associated that word with foods that taste bland and make me feel like I am being deprived of fantastic food that I love) I hope that when I turn 40 in May, I will be in the best shape ever at least I will strive towards this goal.
Thank-you for the books and DVD, they are the first and last on the subject I will ever purchase. It's nice to support a fellow Canadian from Southern Ontario too.

Wishing you tremendous success, you deserve it!

Hello Tosca,
I received your Workout book from Amazon (UK) on Friday and finished it cover to cover on Sunday - and took it to show my PT this morning - and hopefully he will spread the word amongst his female clients here in the UK who are frightened of iron. I also wrote a review on Amazon which I hope they will publish!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are an inspiration. I have been weight training on and off since I was 18 (I am now 35) and my weight has yo-yo'd over the years - until last January when it all clicked in my head! I found my focus and then I discovered Oxygen magazine on a visit to Canada in April 07 and then through that your books....absolutely amazing. Since Jan 07 I have lost 38 lbs and 9.3% body fat - and now, today I have rekindled my love for iron! I have a dedicated PT to help me push myself even harder and I thank you and Robert Kennedy for everything - from the magazine articles & editorials to your column and books. I am waiting for the cookbook to arrive and oh, yes, I ordered the journal too...might as well go the whole hog! Thank you again.

My new year's resolution is to Eat Clean. I have set myself realistic goals and targets for this year - so here's to a fantastic 2008 to you and yours and all Clean Eaters.

All the very best,

Eunice, England.
