Just watched online the segment you did for the Globe and Mail. Loved it. Loved the audio-video too (what a beautiful house!!!).
Your energy is contagious. It gives me the motivation to keep working out. Unfortunately, I do not have girlfriends or a husband who train. Thanks to you, your blog, and your articles, I feel your are my training buddy. Keep up the wonderful work you do.

Hi Tosca - just saw your Globe & Mail segment. Good job! And, your home is beautiful, especially the pool area. I'm feeling a little envious right now, as I'm recovering from leg surgery. Soon, I'll be back at it!
