You looked great, presented your program in a way that should generate a lot of interest, and were so professional! The food looked fabulous. I can't wait to get going again with my clean eating. I have two of your books and have lots of TOOLS to use, like Allison said. I hope you get a great response from this segment.

Great spot! I hope so many "New Year's Resolutioners" see this and choose the Eat Clean way instead of fad diets. It is a healthy and realistic way of life!

I have all of your publications...just got the new cookbook in today! Yay!

Oh, and BTW....when you get tired of lugging that rock around, I'd be glad to take it off of your hands! LOL

All of the food looked delicious. I have your 1st book and plan to see what the "Recharged" book is about. You looked very professional and polished. Great job!

You were very down-to-earth and approachable. The food looked spectacular, too. Who could be hungry eating that?

Great clip Tosca. I have all your books and am a huge fan. The presentation was great. It would be nice to see you get a whole 30 min. segment on the cooking channel.

Question for you. I have noticed for a couple of years now that you wear that diamond circle necklace in most of your pictures, appearances, etc. Does that necklace hold special meaning for you? Life coming full circle maybe?

Thanks.

It was extremely interesting for me to read the post. Thank you for it. I like such themes and anything that is connected to them. I definitely want to read a bit more on that blog soon.

So glad you posted this. I thought you looked incredible and really did well making Clean Eating seem like the way to go. I have every book you have put out (well, not the one for men, but all the others) and am trying hard to get my entire family to eat cleaner every day. You also inspire me to lift weights which I know I have needed to do for years, but I always fall back on cardio instead. This is MY YEAR to lift and finally get these last pounds off. I am grateful I found you when my daughters were young because I can instill in them now the value of clean eating. Thank you for posting this and for writing books that inspire me to take better care of myself and my family.

Great segment. I have all your books and have made an effort to begin to eat cleaner this year and share with my two daughters for their future. Please consider making your recipe books spiral bound for easier use in the kitchen.
Thanks for giving all of us someone to look up to, who is honest, open and real.
